Copper Tongue Scraper ★ Copper Tongue Scraper (Tongue Cleaner) ★ This is a copper tongue scraper (tongue cleaner), said to have high sterilizing and purifying effects. It is ideal for tongue cleaning, which is one of the basic care practices in Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, it is believed that by washing the face, brushing the teeth, removing tongue coating (tongue fur), and then drinking hot water in the morning, when the body's excretory power is high, toxins (ama) in the body are expelled. ▲ How to Use ・Hold both sides of the tongue scraper with both hands. ・Slightly stick out your tongue and insert the U-shaped part of the tongue scraper into the back of your mouth. ・Gently slide the tongue scraper along the top of your tongue and pull it forward. ・Repeat 1-3 times and rinse your mouth. ※ After use, wash it clean with water, wipe off the moisture with a cloth, and store it in a clean place. ※ When discoloration or dirt becomes noticeable, it will become clean by polishing with vinegar or lemon juice.
