Within a year, the faders went bad, and I requested repairs from the manufacturer, who sent me a brand new one. It's working great, as expected. There's no Studio One sheet for the DAW-specific settings. It seems like it was discarded with the repaired unit. What I liked about this device was the two pedal outputs. They're incredibly convenient for recording and starting/stopping, allowing me to record myself playing instruments that require both hands. I also use PC operation pedals, and in Cubase, you can assign anything. It's incredibly convenient.
