Used 5 times after being purchased new. I thought it was a good coffee maker, but I ended up going back to hand drip, so I'm selling it to someone who needs it. There are some minor scratches that come with normal use. Also, the bottom of the filter is stained brown from dripping. I think it's in good condition, but please consider it as used. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. I accidentally threw away the instruction manual along with the original box, so everything in the pictures is included.
