This is an accessory for the "Donald's Quacky Duck City!" Gwagwa Stick from Disney Pal-Palooza, purchased at Disneyland. It has a ball chain, so it can also be used as a keychain. The face is pink and designed with Donald's signature beret. I took it out of the bag to check the item, but it's unused. I purchased it online as part of a box set. I believe there are no scratches or stains, but please note that I may have overlooked something as I am not a professional inspector.
