Cockerel Neck Hackle Natural Black - Half Size The midge section at the top of the neck is missing. Aside from the missing section, there are no noticeable hackle fibers missing. It's in very good condition. The manufacturer and grade are unknown, but judging from the volume and quality of the hackle, as well as the underside of the skin, it's likely from WHITING or Hoffman. Although the midge section of the hackle is missing, it's suitable for making large-sized flies. Thank you.
