This is a size 140 dress purchased from Belle Maison (Senshukai). It has a lining. The elastic in the cuffs is stretched out. The ribbon at the collar appears to be removable (I've always left it attached, so I haven't taken it off). It was only worn for special occasions, not as everyday wear, so I think it's in good condition, but it has been stored at home, and as mentioned, the elastic in the cuffs is stretched.
