I'm selling this because it was a little too small for my 2-year-old with a head circumference of 47cm. I think it would be a perfect fit for a child around 45cm. When measured with a tape measure, the inside is 47cm, and it expands further when worn. There's no tag, but the material is alpaca. It has a gentle, non-itchy feel.
