Regarding the condition, concerning the assembly, I feel there is a slight looseness in the insertion points of the legs. It doesn't mean it can't be assembled, so you can assemble it without any problems. Next, the top board is in a beautiful condition without any noticeable scratches or stains. Finally, the bottom board has some small scratches from use, but there are no major dents or damage, so you can use it for your daily practice without any issues. The dimensions are: top board width approximately 36.7 cm, top board depth approximately 32.8 cm, bottom board width approximately 32.4 cm, bottom board depth approximately 28 cm, and height approximately 37 cm.
