The unit has been initialized. I have confirmed that it works without any problems. The outer box has some scratches and damage. The included SD card did not have the game "Pokemon Pikachu" saved on it, which was the case when I purchased it used several years ago. Touch pen is included, but the charger is missing. There is a faint scratch on the bottom LCD screen, but it does not affect use at all.
