By attaching the 8mm thick pads, a gap is created between the plate carrier and the body, improving airflow and making it less likely to get stuffy even after moving for long periods. To install, simply attach two pads each to the front, rear, and shoulder straps of the DIRECT ACTION SPITFIRE plate carrier (pcsptfcd5agrm) M size using Velcro. The material is a multi-layered structure of closed-cell foam, mesh, and softshell fabric, yet it is lightweight and resistant to deformation. This is a must-have item when using DIRECT ACTION's SPITFIRE or BEARCAT. The fit is significantly improved, and the added thickness also enhances the appearance. I have used it several times in airsoft games, but I am selling it because I am getting rid of the plate carrier itself. I have washed it after the last use, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about cleanliness.
