This item was played with by a child, so some stickers are attached and there is some writing on it. All the small items are shown in the photos. I have included photos of the stickers, writing, and scratches that are visible. I have wiped it clean and disinfected it. The chime makes a sound. It can be folded for storage, but the Velcro is coming off and it doesn't close properly, so you may need to reattach it yourself. Although it's not yet decided, I have the original box, so I will wrap it in plastic to protect it from getting wet before shipping. I have tried to include as much detail as possible in the photos, but I may have missed something. Please purchase only if you are satisfied with the photos.
