I purchased it at an antique exhibition, but it is not an antique doll; it is the work of a contemporary artist. I bought it about 15-18 years ago. I believe I was told the artist was from England. It's a simple, soft reproduction that blends well into a space, and I was recommended that it would also fit in well with other dolls. I thought I would display it carefully, but time passed. I kept it wrapped in paper, stored in a paper box I had. I opened the box and looked at it from time to time, so I marked it as "Like New." I have not displayed or played with it. I am downsizing my collection. I hope someone who loves this kind of doll will find it. I have disposed of the price tag. Personally, it was a relatively expensive doll, but I don't know much about it, so I'm not sure what to check. It's the doll as it was after purchase, but it has aged.
