Used item. ^_^ This is only the Sylvanian Families Red Roof Grand Mansion. It has been cleaned, but there are traces of sticker removal and other signs of wear and tear on the exterior and interior. The entrance hall has been left as is because removing the stickers would leave marks (image 7). One side of the window frame is missing (image 6). The balcony is broken, so I will give it to someone who can repair it. I hope that those who understand that this is a toy that children have played with will consider purchasing it. ^_^
