The tooth guard is slightly discolored from sun exposure, and there is some tarnish characteristic of silver, but otherwise, it is in good condition with no damage. I do not smoke. It's very easy to play, and you can enjoy the sound of metal, so I understand why it's said to be perfect for a first metal mouthpiece. I'm selling it because I have it in stock but don't use it.
