This jacket is warm despite being thin, light, and easy to move in, and without a hood, so it was perfect for my child from their last year of preschool through first grade! It's black, but the quilted panels have curved lines, giving it a stylish and cute look. I think it would be great for both boys and girls. It's a shame my child has outgrown it. I hope it can find a new home where someone can get a lot of wear out of it.
