This is a promotional card (not for sale) with a calendar for the Famicom game Akira, released by Taito Corporation on December 24, 1988. The size is about the size of a BBM baseball card. The condition is, I think, good because it was stored in a stamp file at the time, and has been stored in a sleeve in a trading card file for several decades, but it is a retro card from 37 years ago, so there may be some age-related deterioration.
