I used this about 4 or 5 times for events at the park, etc. There is some minor soiling and wear, but there are no particularly noticeable stains or tears, and I think it's still clean and can be used perfectly well. Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous about used items stored at home. I will compress the item for shipping. Thank you.
