This is a metal charm commemorating the 4th anniversary of -hotoke-'s activities from Irregular Dice. It is unopened and unused. Although I couldn't see any myself, there may be scratches due to being stored by a private individual. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. I am also listing this on other sites, so if you are interested, I recommend purchasing it as soon as possible.
