I believe this is a nail clipper from Solingen. I found it at home, but I'm not sure how to use it. Is this something people with ingrown toenails use? It's about 12cm from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. The box is dirty, but the main body is in good condition. This item has been stored at home for a long time.
