This is a Biquette Club dress from Kimuratan. The pale pink color and small floral pattern, along with the fluffy silhouette, create a very cute and girly design. It has a soft, gauze-like texture. I think it can be worn as a jumper skirt when it's 90cm, and as a tunic when it's 100cm. You can wear it in spring and summer by changing the inner layer. There are no noticeable stains.
