These are paper balloons distributed by a medicine peddler in Toyama around the 1970s. I've taken photos of both the front and back, so you'll receive two of the same item. I think these are quite difficult to find nowadays. They have been stored at home and never unfolded, so I haven't confirmed any deterioration, but they don't seem to have any tears or discoloration.
