I wore this once a few years ago for Disney Halloween. It's a Clarice costume from American Waterfront, size L-LL for adults. It's designed to be worn over your own clothes. It fastens with a zipper in the back. There's elastic sewn in the back. It has been washed in a washing machine. Please remove the brooch before washing. Please secure the hat with bobby pins.
