This is a retro tin toy. When you wind the spring and turn the switch ON, the central wings lift a car and carry it upwards. The car, once lifted, returns to its original position below. The wings rotate clockwise, repeating the same action. It's that kind of toy. It has a certain charm that modern toys lack, though I can't quite put my finger on it.
