Used it about twice. It's been stored in a drawer with other items. I just confirmed that it works. It has the outer box, but not the original packing materials. It includes the main unit, outer box, charger, and instruction manual. The warranty has expired. The gel (unused) is included. To avoid any issues later, I do not accept returns.
