Significant price reduction! This is a highly rare UK original mono record of The Beatles' "With The Beatles." The matrix is the extremely rare 6N. Playback is good, and it's a double-digit stamper on both sides. UK originals have matrices of 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, but 1N or 7N are more common, and this 6N is quite scarce. 1N is very expensive, so this is recommended for those who want to enjoy the original at a good value. XEX 447-6N TO XEX 448-6N MH The members were present for the mixing of the mono version, making this a valuable and cherished record. John Lennon's vocals are incredible, and it really makes you realize that John was the backbone of the early Beatles' mono sound. The jacket condition is consistent with its age, but the photo of the members on the front is relatively good. The disc has some hairline scratches, but in my setup (AT VMN10CB), I only felt a slight popping noise at the end of B1 and the middle of B3, and the playback was excellent overall with no problems. With the recent popularity of records, the rarity is increasing, and UK originals are becoming less available. This is very rare, but please purchase only if you understand that used records can vary depending on the playback environment. There are of course no fatal playback defects, but the way the sound is perceived and the actual playback condition will change depending on the shape and wear of the stylus, the characteristics of the cartridge, the arm setting, the tracking force, and the overall combination of playback equipment.
