This is an electric fryer that allows you to cook kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) at your table. You can easily make kushikatsu by cutting your favorite ingredients like meat, shrimp, sausages, onions, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces, skewering them, coating them in batter, and frying them.
