After using it for about a year, I lost the right earbud when I went back to my parents' house at the end of 2023, and purchased a used right earbud in early 2024. Since it couldn't be used as is with the other pair, I had the manufacturer perform pairing. I then used it until June of this year. The main defect is that the left volume is low, as indicated on the manufacturer's repair slip in the image. I was using it by panning the sound to the left to compensate. (When I checked the operation for this listing, the right volume was lower. *I checked with the PAN set to the center*) The noise canceling works, but it feels weaker than when it was normal. The battery has deteriorated. Even during my last use, I could use it continuously for 2 and a half hours round trip commuting in the morning and evening without any problems, but I haven't used it for 3 months, so I don't know how it has changed. All accessories are included, but about 3 ear tips have been used. 2 each of S and M, and 1 XL are unused. (If you don't need the used ear tips, I will remove them before shipping.) It has been cleaned with alcohol, but there are stains that couldn't be removed and scratches from normal use (please check the images for the condition of deterioration, including damage to the outer box). *The right earbud that I gave up on losing was later found in the kotatsu at my parents' house and has been returned to me. Also, it cannot be used without manufacturer pairing (I vaguely remember the labor cost was about 1200 yen? I think it was less than 2000 yen at most), but if you need it, I will include it as a bonus, so please let me know after purchase.
