The material is comfortable, not the scratchy type of linen. I wore it once for an entrance ceremony. Sunscreen I applied to my neck stained the inside of the collar as shown in the photos. The outside is not affected. However, it has wrinkles because I folded it for storage. Please understand this condition before purchasing.
