I believe they are new and unused, but I cannot confirm they light up as I don't have a suitable lighting fixture. Therefore, I'm listing them as "Like New". They are somewhat old. The main body was opened once for inspection. Upon inspection, there were no signs of insertion marks on the sockets, etc., nor any blackening on the fluorescent lamp bodies themselves.
