Yanagiba knife, blade length 20.0cm, 117g. The spine is about 3.8mm thick near the top of the heel. It seems to be a brand from a while back. I can only find it on the used market. It's a genuine kasumi (layered steel) knife made by forging soft iron and steel together. It has a decent thickness and a good heft. I think the rust marks are mostly gone and it's become clean. The handle has been replaced with a new one and it seems like it can still be used for a while. I sharpened it thoroughly, put an edge on it, and polished it.
