M20x160mm bolts and nuts are not included, so please prepare them yourself. ○ How to Use This is a holder for storing barbells installed on the upper part of the rack. With J-cups, the bar will be positioned below the insertion hole due to the structure, making it close to your head. This product positions the bar about 1cm above the hole, expanding the space inside the rack. ※ Notes ・ Unlike J-cups, you cannot place a bar with plates attached or do pull-ups. ・ Due to the nature of 3D printing, layer lines and surface roughness may occur. ・ Made-to-order, so it will take one week to ship after the order is placed.
