This is an OUTDOOR backpack. My child used it around the age of 1. It has a buckle, so it stays securely in place and doesn't slip off. There's a small stain on the bottom, which might come out with washing, but I'm offering it as is. Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item that my child has used.
