Patagonia women's and kids' items up to 2002 tend to run large, so it fits like a current men's S to M. I'm 148cm tall and of average build, and I have plenty of room wearing a T-shirt and a Champion Reverse Weave underneath. Someone 170cm tall would also have some room.
