Vibrant, freshly applied color lasts for hours. This is a new concept in treatment eyeshadow. I purchased this along with the case at a nearby cosmetics store last month. I've used it 3 or 4 times, but it doesn't suit my eyes, so it's almost unused. I have washed the applicator and brush after use. The case has almost no scratches, and I still have the outer box, so I will send it in the box.
