This is a Shimano 00 Metanium MG. Overall, it doesn't have many scratches, the reeling feels smooth, and the spool rotation is good. Unfortunately, the gear that drives the level winder is chipped, so there's a problem with the level winder part only. I hope you can either transplant the gear or use it for parts.
