Purchased from Rakuten in September 2023, used for two seasons (used occasionally for short periods, not in the living room or bedroom). It's clean, but the USB cable is not included. It works fine, but there's a small rattling or buzzing sound. I'm listing this in case someone can repair it. I will ship it in the original box for the circulator, with light bubble wrap for protection. I would appreciate it if you could set the shipping to Eco-Mercari.
