I've only used this at home, so it hasn't been stepped on with outdoor shoes. When stepping on the switches and volume pedal, I use slippers or socks. It's in beautiful condition as it hasn't been bumped or dented by dropping anything. I handle it with care. The spatial effects are particularly excellent. There is a thin, shallow scratch that is only noticeable when viewed from a distance of within 50cm. I've noted it to be thorough, but I don't think it will be a concern. The LCD panel has a protective sheet applied, so there are no scratches.
