This is a motor break-in machine with an integrated motor stand for Mini 4WD cars. It can be used with both single-shaft and double-shaft motors. ・It supports both standard USB power and USB-PD. By connecting to PD, it demonstrates stable performance even when using break-in methods that apply a load or with high-voltage break-in. Also, it operates stably with a 5V/2.4A USB power supply for low-voltage break-in. ・Voltage and maximum current can be adjusted. The voltage can be set from 0.6V to 30V, but it is intended for use up to around 9V. (Although it can handle break-in methods that burn copper brushes with high voltage, it is dangerous because it greatly exceeds the motor's rated input. Not recommended.) The maximum current depends on the USB adapter used, but when connected to PD, it can stably output a maximum of 4.1A. ・Equipped with a forward/reverse switch. The side with the "F" marking is for front-motor cars, and the sides with the "R" and "C" markings are for rear-motor and center-motor cars' forward rotation. ・Equipped with an auto-cut timer function. Can be set in the range of 1 minute to 99 hours and 99 minutes. ・The body is made of carbon-reinforced resin, and the contacts use copper shafts with high conductivity. Also, the contacts are pressed by springs, so the contact pressure is stable. The copper shafts can be disassembled and removed, providing excellent maintainability. ・An instruction manual will be enclosed on paper with a QR code printed on it.
