This is a Freddy & Emma dress. I've worn it two or three times. The size is 36, so I've listed it as a size S. It's made a bit large, and although the waist is cinched, the back is elastic, making it very easy to wear with no feeling of tightness. It's cool and comfortable even in the height of summer.
