This is a notebook I received from Suntory Wellness, and it's brand new and unused. The schedule section includes the rokuyo (traditional Japanese calendar) and also has check boxes to help you remember to take your daily medicine and supplements, as well as sections to record your weight and blood pressure. I'm selling it because I already bought a different planner.
