These are Nike running shoes I bought about 5 years ago. They're light and easy to run in, propelling your feet forward. They also help you achieve good times, making them ideal for training. While there is some dirt and wear on the soles, I think they're perfect for training in the coming season. I've worn them for about six months, but they haven't worn out much.
