Overall, it's clean. There was some dirt on the felt of the fangs and the whites of the eyes. It might come off with cleaning, but I'll leave it as is. The cheeks are made to be puffy and three-dimensional, so it looks like it would be photogenic. It seems to be a size that children to women can wear without any problems. I haven't tried it on a man, but it might still look cute just by putting it on their head if they don't close the chin area.
