The way the pleats are arranged is also lovely, and it comes with a tunic underneath, making it puff out cutely. I think it's a mini length, so it can be used from around size 120. The waist can be adjusted with buttons and elastic. It's a glamorous yet elegant celebrity skirt. It has belt loops, but there was no original belt included. I think it would be cute to match it with a belt. Size 130 Measurements taken at home: Skirt length 28 cm, which is a short length. Purchased at a hotel and used for outings in early childhood, it has been stored away. There are no visible stains, but there is a 1mm snag on the lower center back of the skirt. Please check the photos. It won't be noticeable from a distance when worn. It has been stored folded for a long time and has some wrinkles, but I think it can be worn without any problems with proper ironing.
