This item was purchased new in November 2023. It has been used more than 10 times, and there is some discoloration on the inside, but no tears or holes. There are no noticeable scratches or stains on the outside. I was satisfied with it and continued to use it, but I realized it was too large for solo use, and I thought it was actually reducing the cooling performance, so I switched to a 12-pack cooler. I really like the Mossy Oak pattern, so I bought the 12-pack in the same pattern. The Mossy Oak pattern is probably random, and the new one has more black on the front, so I actually preferred the pattern of this 24-pack cooler. By the way, I tried putting the 12-pack inside the 24-pack to use it in the summer, but it didn't fit.
