This is a military jacket from IENA. The 8-分袖 (eight-分 sleeves) allow for a cute look with the sleeves peeking out from underneath. The length is also short. There is some fading around the collar folds, hem, and cuffs. I haven't worn it much, so I don't think it's sun damage from washing, but rather from storage wear and tear, aging, or the unique fabric and color of military items.
