The light came on when I plugged in the test outlet. Also, it's treated as untested junk. Body only. It has been stored and shows signs of wear and tear. I've wiped it down lightly, but there may be dust, rust, dirt, and small scratches that couldn't be removed. Shipping will be done with stretch film wrapping and reused cardboard packaging.
