This item came from an old shop. Based on the packaging, it appears to be from the Meiji to early Taisho era. It says "Released by Kobayashi Tomijiro" instead of "Kobayashi Tomijiro Store," and the packaging is slightly different from the generally seen old Lion brand packaging, so I believe it is quite old. It is over 100 years old, so the condition is as expected, but I think it is a very good item as a historical document. Please check the last photo for the size.
