Alto saxophone mouthpiece Dukoff D7 and its accompanying ligature and cap. Purchased nearly 20 years ago. This is not a so-called vintage piece, but a current model from that time. The ligature is warped, so it's likely difficult to use as is. Dukoff mouthpieces are known to have a wide range in quality, and I don't believe this is one of the "good" ones.
