This is a retro and cute plastic safe-shaped piggy bank found at a flea market. It's a questionable design that makes you question the purpose of a safe, as it's transparent and you can see the back of the dial, but its kitschy and cheap appearance is an irresistible design for retro雑貨 (zakka - miscellaneous goods) lovers. It can be easily opened and closed by turning the knob to the correct position and twisting the nozzle. The gold-plated parts and the pink plastic overall have no noticeable scratches or dirt, and it is in excellent condition.
