This is an iron takoyaki plate from Iwachu, a Nambu Tekki (cast iron) manufacturer. This listing is for two iron plates. Each plate has 23 holes. Compatible with gas stoves and IH (100V and 200V). I used it once on an IH stove and haven't used it since. I have not used it on a gas stove. I am selling it due to a move. I cleaned it thoroughly after use, but I did not store it with oil, so there is some rust in places. This is the item as it is. *Therefore, I am selling it at a lower price.
